The last puppy =(
We have finally managed to find homes for all of Donut's puppies. (The dog that we are taking care of for a friend.) I'm glad that they're all gone but I miss them too. p_q They were just so cute!! It's for the best though, considering our current financial situation it would be very difficult to continue giving them the care they need plus our other animals.
Ben is still not working, and it doesn't seem like he is going to go back to Longview cable. He feels like he shouldn't anyways, and that he shouldn't even go back to the cable field. We're in a sticky situation because there are hardly any jobs in Henderson and driving elsewhere isn't really a option right now. =/
Soooooo.... I don't know what we're going to do. The only reason we went ahead and moved out here to begin with was because Ben's gas and such was paid by the company. We figured we could just drive the jeep if he lost his job, but we also didn't foresee gas being such a big expense. (the jeep gets TERRIBLE mpg) So things are pretty much all up in the air right now. We've been praying about it, of course... no answer yet. I just have a hunch that we're going to have to move. Using my own understanding that's the only thing I can see that makes sense - but God sees things way out of our range of sight so I could be wrong!
Before we talked about moving back to Longview because Ben's job was there and we'd get free internet/cable being back in the cable district, plus much closer to our church... but now it seems like we're more likely to move to Tyler. There are so many jobs there, and it would cut down our gas consumption immensely since I wouldn't be driving so much as I am now. I could even get a part-time job there since there are so many places to work... unlike Henderson where I can't even find a job. It would still be a close call though, and it wouldn't be easy.
Please keep us in prayer that we will do what God wants us to do!!
